Today was another rainy and windy day in philly...But was nice day i did got great sleep breakfeast eggwhite omelete with sugarfree marmalade and went to the Gym work on my shoulders, triceps and abs...My friend is still sick but he let me drive his car ... its so easy to drive automat but was fun ... Then i did drive him to store cuz he needed buy stuff.. so soon im doing ym own trips around philly hehe
