I got ym stitches out of my knee so finalyl i wil abel go to the gym at least for light work out :) Im looking forward it lot cuz 3 weeks with no gym is one of the longest break i ever had since i started at my 14:) Need spend my energy somewhere :)

Also was at vets with bamboo shes doing way better now:)Finally we on good medicine she got tabs witch ones she will need to take propabyl fo rest of her life , but it should be all ok with them so hopefully it will work ...
