Today I was online my morning after that i had to go to my knee rehabilitation and make some other errands. For Lunch i made chicken salat with pasta ...mm was yummy. After lunch and short relax i went to Golds and work out my shoulders, back and abs.
Im online for u also my evening and night:-)

I put some pics from doggie Park where i was yesterday Bamboo had lot of fun with Caro( dog of my parents) and some other dogs..
