Hello ... All :-) . We had a long drive Wednesday To Croatia.. Then we had to take a ferry To the Island... :-)

Ours first two days, we had great weather last two days we had some rain but bamboo and i have enjoy Swimming in the ocean a lot :-) .. Also give me time to relax and just read book :-) . Today I was online my morning after that i had to go to my knee rehabilitation and make some other errands. For Lunch i made chicken salat with pasta ...mm was yummy. After lunch and short relax i went to Golds and work out my shoulders, back and abs.
