Today i did mix from last few years :]] Times fly very fast i changed color haircut ,clothes and many other things:]]

But im still here and around for my fans hehe :]]

IM BACK ON F4F:]]

today will work 4PM TO MIDNIGHT LA TIME :]]

with small breaks for food protein and 2and half men serie hehe:]]

now i run to gym we have back and biceps on my plan today :]] I did read Arnold encyklopedy earlier today so wil try some new things im my training :]]
