I like to Again Start by giving my Thanks for your Continue support and Specially this last 4 Days of Contest It was quite a challenge and very happy with support from all of you my dear friends , fans. and vistors . I hope this gave you chance to get to know me better quite a few of you spend time chatting with me not just in private time but in open chat was very nice. You know Today will leave my "Schedule Open for Shifts at F4F.com " I have to keep working now for next year Contest In The USA . So back to strick workouts and good eating habits. My workout partner Jan its teaching me a lot and its very nice to be working out with him when its possible . Iwill try to reply to most relavant emails please don't write me long email just makes much more difficult for me to reply and you know. I am and it humbles me to get so many.
