Today had Gym early morning :) 10am with my buddy:) From Gym right away to my rehabs work on knee also:)

New week is starting :) This weekend was very good to me i had lot of fun and also relax at sunday with my parents and our dogs:)
Today i had to wake up early to go to docs for check with my leg. Its all healing by plan and tomorrow i go to my 1st rehabs with it:)

Today picture is recent one with my dinner:) Im getting back to shape hehe cant wain to start jog again hopefully in couple of months:)
